At White Honey Kyrgyzstan, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our honey and aim to provide excellent service. However, due to the nature of our product, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

As white honey is a natural food product, we do not accept returns once the jar has been opened or used — this is for hygiene and safety reasons.


✅ Eligible Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is expired or defective upon arrival

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition


💸 Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit

  • It may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider


🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error

  • For approved returns, customers may be asked to return the product (if unopened)
